Against any deck that plays aggro, this card is just a really bad fill your board with efficient low cost minions (if you get to turn 9 against aggro, which at that point, I imagine playing this card would not be a good play) and against possible combo decks, this card can just summon below average minions.
In the dream scenario that you fight like a Rez priest, this card can be really amazing, but I will say this over and over again. Cards that depend on what your opponents play are hard to balance and are hard to find a good place for.
I'll give it a 2.5/5 because I do like N'zoth and the art is kinda sweet.
