What's the difference with a 1/3 ? I feel like I'm missing something.
I would make it 1/5/4 so it's a conditionally worse, conditionally better Frazzled Freshman.
Actually if it were 7 Health it would probably need 4 Attack
This effect is a downside on a 1/3 since you cant buff its Attack before Silence. Imo could be a 2/5/6 or even 2/5/7
