Oh no, I meant the balance and everything was okay with this. The fact this is in form of a "Secret" is the only problem for me. This reminds me the time of Tempo Mage in standard with ALuneth and burn stuffs, they only run Explosive Rune and Counter Spell, and you know exactly what to play around but still cannot do anything against them. It's pretty much the same problem with this, the secret but not secret at all.

@xOwleyex yes! haha no, no, i'm joking. Technically, playing nothing would be playing around it. But you can just do what you normally do with Secrets, whittle down the possibilities. once all of them are eliminated, you're left with this. Even then, just play it the same way you'd play around Deadly Shot.

@Gothe
And this is what I meant to say. Every Secret give your opp the chance to play around, including Competitive Spirit. Killing all enemies minions is always the best option, but not every deck can do so every turn, that is when you have to decide either keep a 1/1 alive or being at risk of three 3/3 few turns later. Decision making and playing around is all about Secret in Heartstone, with this, you cannot do anything. What is the best way to play around this? End your turn with no minion every turn?

@xOwleyex Competitive Spirit triggers without your opponent doing anything (other than leaving at least one of your minions alive.) To be fair, it also doesn't involve you doing anything (other than summoning minions)

Turn out, the choice can actually be hidden. I just figured that Druid choose one cards actually don't you the choosing phrase for your opp.
However, another issue spotted. Turn out, this Secret is not supposed to be triggered by your opp but you; which is actually not the way Secret works in Hearthstone. The idea is good, but really think it should be reworked into another form tho.

The choice here doesn't show up to your opponent. The only indication they might have is you thinking for a few more seconds than you usually do, but there are so many ropers in HS tht this shouldn't be a problem.

@suchti0352 , but the point of Secrets is that your opponent can't know what they are without playing around. This secret gets revealed on next turn it was casted. You could say that Competetive Spirit does the same, but the thing is that that paladin's secret doesnt give you the choice, it just triggers only if you have minions on board.
Preparing Assault is just not a Secret in its current form. i love the idea though, perhaps it could be reworked in some way

Hs already had a secret choice option with the old Fatespinner, I'm sure they can use a similiar tech here.

But if the choice show up, your opp probably know what it is. In the end, it's 2 mana delayed Deadly Shot.
The balance is fine, but what is the point of a secret that is not secret at all?

The idea is that at the start of your turn, you secretly get a choice similar to the one from Sphere of Sapience. You choose between revealing the Secret and destroying a random enemy minion or keeping it for later. Thoughts?
