Problem i can seee now is how Weldon + Stylish Boots give you 4 Mana 4/3 Draw a card and there are so many other possibilities. That is already really big value. My suggestion would be to use it "start of game" effect but suffle the suit into your deck instead. Since Weldon nor suit pieces are that bad in comparison to other cards.
