Tried running a thought experiment using the most likely distribution of rarities and ended up with an 8/3 lifesteal weapon for 5 mana and a 2/1 rush lifesteal weapon for 0 mana. Using my own preferences to decide of course.

And well, if's especially bad when you're out of cards, because all the Shadow Words are reactive cards, not proactive.* Sorry, that was actually a big mistake in understanding what I said haha

Ah, I see. Well I wasn't sure what Treasures there might be, like how wide is the pool, like from Dalaran Heist or the Tombs of Terror ot just the normal Dungeon Run or anything. But yeah, with that I think that makes sense

@Marleon, thanks for the great review, I enjoyed reading it! I agree with most of your opinions. Maybe Moon Power should have been higher since some treasures give you a lot of spell damage like Scroll of Nonsense which can make it a great Hero Power. Other than that, all descriptions were enticing and enjoyable to read! Thank you!

3 - Party Time
Well, on average this might be just a basic Paladin Hero Power, but in practice it seems so much better than that. Random one drops seem like just the perfect Hero Power most of the time, as it provides tempo, but it can also provide value with rolling cards like Jar Dealer for example. Overall there are so many good results you can get with that it seems very good and powerful.

2 - Spead Shot
This might not hit face, like Arcane Power does, but it always hits the targets you want it to. And maybe you sometimes want Arcane Power to hit the same target more than once, but overall the fact it can miss is one of its biggest weaknesses. With being able to get rid of even 3 minions with 1 Health with this, seems a very good control option. Maybe such a control heavy Hero Power doesn't suit Hunter very well, but I believe it's also good to protect your own stuff.

1 - Fel Rage
Shaowreaper Anduin was probably the strongest Death Knight from KOTFT. Because it came with Shadow Word Ruin , but it also gave the player an amazing Hero Power which could be used very well with Raza the Chained. Fel Rage is pretty much that Hero Power, but it deals 1 less damage, but it's also 1 Mana. If you can get any Hero Power cost reduction or just a bunch of cheap spells, this Hero Power becomes incredibly powerful. In most situations it might be average, and average is better than bad. But when it's good, it is really really good.

7 - Arcane Power
Having Arcane Missles on a Hero Power is pretty interesting. It's not bad at dealing with minions, but it needs some luck to work best. But when there's nothing on the board this might serve as a Balista Shot too. Quite versatile.

6 - Windshaper
Well, again. It's a Hero Power that requires deck synergy and careful bucket picking. So why is it so high? Well, it's simple. It can snowball really fast. Your spells are a literal snowball, as with every spell you cast they get stronger and stronger. And it happens every single turn. Even if it doesn't seem like much at first, if you can use it right, you can get some major value every turn.

5 - Piranha Shot
It's basically Paladin's and Mage's Hero Powers combined. Or 'On the Hunt' on a Hero Power if you prefer as it also summons a beast. 'On the Hunt' is overall a decent spell, but if you can have it as a Hero Power, it gets really interesting. I really like it and I believe it is one of the best choices out here.

4 - Immobilize.
Even if Keep Dancin was the worst Hero Power in my opinion, the second Rogue Hero Power is very interesting. Being able to Freeze a minion whenver you want/need to it really good, especially with that 1 extra damage. Frost Shock as a Hero Power seems really interesting, being able to ignore most threats just by pushing your Hero Power seems very good.

13 - Thunder Touch
This one on the other hand is one Hero Power you want to push as often as you can, because it's just a Lightning Bolt. But like Lightning Bolt, it comes with Overload, which in some situations might cost you some plays, as you would lack that one extra mana to do what you might want to.

12 - Power Strike
While the most damage output on a Hero Power on a single use, the target has to be damaged. And again it can't hit face. It might be good, if you can combo it, but in some situations it might be not enough. Overall it's pretty good at dealing with stuff. Devastate on a Hero Power is overall good.

11 - Divine Protection
A good baseline Hero Power. Giving Divine Shields is just quite good. We've seen that with George in the Dalaran Heist. Not much more to add here.

10 - Mass Heal
Maybe some people would sleep on this one, but I wouldn't. I believe restoring to your minions after they trade into stuff is very useful and helpful, it's one of the better Hero Powers and at worst it's just the basic Priest Hero Power, but most of the time it's much much better.

9 - Demonic Power
With Ashes of Outland there are a lot of good Demons to get off of this, but there are some significant lowrolls as well, mostly the imprisoned ones, when you need tempo. Overall a decent value generator in the late game.

8 - Dragon Rage
Well, it's the same as before, but with Dragons. And on average, a random Dragon is better than a random Demon. That's it.

17 - Demonology
It looks powerful and cool on paper, but it becomes usable only in the later stages of the run, as at first you might have too little Health and it would be really awkward to use, because if your opponent can kill it (and I bet Princess would have no troubles doing that) you will just lose a lot of Health. And keep that in mind that you have to pay 2 mana for it anyway.

16 - Shadow Power
Shadow Power can generate a lot of value especially at a low cost of 1 mana, but the main problem with this is, that it's a random Shadow Word. There aren't too many of them, so often times you might end up with the one you don't want. And well, if's especially good when you're out of cards, because all the Shadow Words are reactive cards, not proactive.

15 - Inner Self
An upgraded standard Demon Claws. Very similar to the other damage dealing Hero Powers, but giving your Hero attacks has probably the most limitations, as being countered by Taunt and losing life by attacking.

14 - Bring Justice
Dealing 2 damage is pretty good, but sometimes you really want to hit the opponent's face. And that's pretty much the only downside. Overall it helps you with controlling the board pretty well.

To give credit where credit should be given and have some fun myself. I decided to create my own subjective list of the 20 custom Hero Power you created to rank them worst to best. I thought it might be fun~

20 - Keep Dancin'
I believe this Hero Power is the weakest of the bunch as it doesn't provide anything. Nor value, nor tempo compared to the other ones and its Power Level depends on what buckets you get offered. And the biggest result it can have are minor tempo swings, like being able to play your SI7 Agent on curve, on 3. Not much else.

19 - Moon Power
One of the many value generator Hero Powers out here but probably the weakest one. At worst its your basic Fireblast, if your hand isn't full. At best, you can use it as means of burst to kill your opponent or their stuff. Maybe some Hand Druid synergies too. But it heavily depends on Spell Damage to be powerful.

18 - Astrality
The problem I have with this Hero Power is that is very awkward to use. Often you wouldn't want to use it as you'll discard important cards and if you spam it too much, you hand would be very small very quicky heavily depending on top decks. If you can't really draw cards too well, you might be doomed, even if this Hero Power might be very powerful and looks very interesting, it requires some careful usage.

@SneakyRouge, It would work like Battlegrounds as you wouldn't have any spells like in Bob's Tavern but would just buy the minions in the tavern with Gold that you collected from the Dungeon.

@Marleon, I wanted to add a demon Hunter class when I was making this but at the time it was not implemented (It is still not, I hand to use Custom Classes to me this). Since you requested it, I'll post the Class with this comment. Hope you like it! If you want, you can also suggest a version of it yourself.

Well, as I haven't commented on it too much at first, I'll just add that this is truely amazing with how much care and effort was put into this. And when none of it seems really unfair or unbalanced. Maybe except the final boss in places. But anyway, I would really call it a pinicle of design and it really combines a lot of different ideas, flavors and overall captures the essence of Hearthstone really well. I'll be hoping you add Demon Hunter to it one day, hehe~

I believe the plans for the next expansion (the one after AoO, that is (that looks weird )) is to also add another new mode. I think this might be as simple, yet effective and awesome as it can be. It's already well known, almost everyone loved the dungeons so this would be a great addition. Especially if they updated this regularly like Battlegrounds. And with this they wouldn't have to make new dungeons anymore, which means more story adventures with more new cards = more money for Blizzard, so everyone's happy.
Also, props for making 100+ tokens, and double props for actually caring about art on each one

Thanks for pointing out the problems with the hero powers, unfortunately, I can't fix them now.
As for Void Successor and Crystagoc being too strong, that is how it is supposed to be so you don't complete the dungeon on your first run. You should make or find some starting treasures before fighting them.
As for the cards, those are just some essential ones. Hope this answers your questions!

It's not the worst mistake, but there's not supposed to be a colon after 'Hero Power', which btw should always be at the top of the text-block (wrong: Poison Spit).
Your weapon/minion creation are interesting, but for the weapon, may I suggest the base weapon become a 1/1, like the base minion? Currently it seemed a bit weak otherwise and you'd also risk not getting any Attack at all. For the minion, I suggest the 'Gain a tribe'-buff be changed to 'gain all tribes', then no added selection will be necessary nor will it be random what tribe one gets.
Also, Void Successor and Crystagoc seem waaay too strong. Maybe increase the cost of Crystagoc's HP to (4)? And for Void Successor, maybe limit the HP to target only one demon in hand. Also, are the cards you've listed the only cards these bosses have, or just some essential ones?
That's my criticism. Love your work so far!
