keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @MosnarNoedig If people randomly decide to put a sniper aim on me and pull the metaphorical semiautomatic trigger over and over again, telling them to stop wont help.
MosnarNoedig5 years ago No, no, stop! Stop fighting! Stop insulting people and tempting them to respond in kind! You all have grievances, but there is no need to act on them in a way that will cause more. I speak to all of you, and beseech you to listen. However, as always, I respect your ability to control yourself, and do not seek to force anyone. And if I have given offense in any way, I apologize.
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago Also, that’s 12 comments in a row of yours that are on my cards. Focus fire much?
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @Tibula Good to know, your previous comments werent informative enough.
Tibula 5 years ago Ok can confirm: this keyvnn9 guy is toxic as heck.
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @Nibroc That would mean if a group of 3 minion’s Health distribution was like 4/4/8, then the first hit would make it 0/0/4, then Overkill would trigger and make it -4/0/0.
But then again, the adjacent minions dying to this effect, as I declare with the power of no one knowing exactly as the effect works due to not enough cards being released, that the adjacent minions dying to this does not re-trigger the Overkill.
Nibroc5 years ago Even if the Overkill would trigger multiple times, (which I'm pretty sure it would), it would never damage any minions other than the target minion and the 1-2 adjacent ones. Let's say there were 4 minions on your opponent's board and they all had 3 Health. If you attacked the 2nd minion from the left, the first 3 minions would die and the 4th minion (right-most of the 4) wouldn't take any damage whatsoever. Even tho it would be next to a minion that would trigger the Overkill requirement by dying, since it wasn't next to the "target" of the initial weapon swing, it wouldn't be damaged. This is because this weapon says, "Also damage minions adjacent to the TARGET." Any extra minions aren't next to the target so they can't be damage by this weapon's effect.
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @ninrod1111 Maybe if you read my comment that answered that problem, you wouldn’t have to ask me about it.
nimrod1111 5 years ago You do realize this will go like an aoe right? deal 4, if overkill deal 4 to the next ones, if overkill deal 4 to the next ones and so on and so on....
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @RavenKnight Until the expansion/more cards get released, there is no way to guarentee how this works, so I declare the card works how I thought.
RavenKnight 5 years ago @keyvnn9 That is not what the current Hearthcards definition of Overkill.
Overkill
"Deal excess damage on your turn for a bonus"
I assume you get the bonus everytime excess damage is dealt per minion.
They might not make damage-based board wipe with Overkill, though. So this argument can be pointless for the real game.
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @RavenKnight My understanding is that the Overkill only triggers on the attack. That was how this card was intended and would work, at least.
So yes, this is supposed to be a worse warrior DK Weapon, but it costs less and if it was exactly as powerful that would be a problem.
RavenKnight 5 years ago This will board-wipe if all enemy minion is 3 health or less. If this Overkill a minion, the adjacent one get hit, then it got Overkill again, repeat until everyone die.
Not worse than the DK weapon at all.
keyvnn9 (creator)5 years ago @Auron2000 Oh no, a worse 7 mana Epic version in a different class of an 8 mana Legendary weapon you get off of a Death Knight.
Focus fire? more like responding to you *dab*
@Auron2000 No >:(
