Figelop (creator)4 years ago I mean yall bring up a 1 mana 2/2 being too strong, but when Enchanted Raven was a thing it really wasnt that amazing? Yeah it was in alot of Druid decks but it didnt break the meta, and I think a conditional mark of the lotus that usually require two extra mana to get value out of it is fine.
Poondaedalin4 years ago So it’s either a 1 Mana 2/2 Treant, which is pretty good, and would probably see play in Token decks, or it’s a 1 Mana conditional Mark of the Lotus. Considering how good Mark of the Lotus was, and how powerful Blessing of the Ancients still is, this might be too strong, even if it only hits Treants. What I would do is keep the second effect, increase the cost by (1), and change the first effect to summon a 2/2 Treant instead of transforming into one (and yes, I know this hurts the flavor of it being a Druid of the Thing, but I think it would still be fine if neither effect was a transform effect, like the situation here).
SirCat4 years ago I think a flexible 1 mana 2/2 is a bit too good. I see a 1 cost 2/2 the same way as I see a 2 cost 3/3.
Figelop (creator)4 years ago thank you for the comments! And yes i think in some cases it is really strong, but in most cases its only really good early game. Late game this is almost useless.
DragonicDoom4 years ago I'd make it a 1/1, otherwise the buff option might just be a little too strong.
Wiener_Schnitzel4 years ago In my view, simple, yet effective. Good job!
Figelop (creator)4 years ago Thoughts? (also with Fandral tihs would first turn this into a treant then give all treants +1/+1 making this a 3/3.)
