Gothe3 years ago there's a 10 mana 4/12 dragon with this effect. There's also that 9 mana druid spell. granted, the former doesn't see play and will likely never and the ladder is in wild and also sees 0 play. But the point is that the effect will more often then not benefit the person casting it, akin to a reno without the condition. We see how high blizzard prices these effects. at 6 mana, it's real powerful. this sin't even touching on the combos given below.
