Gothe3 years ago gonna be honest,probably too weak. The advantage of the 4/7/7 Overload (2) is that you can get instant value from it the turn after. If your opponent doesn't deal with it, you have a 4/7/7. With dormant cards, you essentially spend the mana to do nothing for 2 turns.
