Gothe3 years ago I like this card. Yeah, it does downgrade some spells, but the idea is to use the tiny spells. The spells that most benefit from this are Frostshock, Earthshock, Totemic Smash, Maelstrom Portal, Lightning Storm, and Earthquake (I know it does 5 damage and then 2 damage, but with this it'll deal 4 damage + 4 damage)

Frost Shock, Earth Shock, and Forked Lightning are the best spells to use this with in standard, but outside of those, it’s no better than Spell Damage +1, and even a downgrade for some spells. Much better in wild, though.
