The flavor is on point with rogue with mass betrays but I do think if in any class, besides priest, it would be in Warlock since they seem evil-ish like that.

Gothe3 years ago I get where the idea came from tho. If you don't think too deeply about the idea, then it doesn't seem that broken as 10 mana. On the surface, ti seem rather fine, you exchange any minions you have for any minions they have so it's like a equal trade. Then you realize that if you're ever behind on the board/don't have any minions and your opponent does, then it;s just mass Mind Control. And that it's completely busted in that regard.
