Deloa3 years ago @Mzop : if you need 14 minion, you also have to hope your opponent doesn't trade or that they play 7 minion. The fact that you need to rely on your opponent doing something they have no reason of doing makes it impossible imo. If it was 7 friendly minion it would be a different story (although still very hard).
Mzop (3.7)3 years ago dont say never! warlock has a good amount of demon reduction cards, and this is an 10 mana Twisting nether with a chance to summon ragnaros. Late game you will skip a turn of trading and this is possible. But i have a suggestion: "Destroy all minions. if killed 7 friendly minions with this, Summon Ragnaros The Firelord.
Deloa3 years ago It's not that it's strong or weak, it's just impossible to start the turn with 14 minions on board.
Caesar (4.1)3 years ago You'd have to discount them 3 times to make what you say remotely possible...it's cool that it clears, but you will NEVER get the rag unless you throw the game before to make it work :chicken:
Mzop (3.7)3 years ago because its a ragnaros, if the board is clear it will strike your opponents face and deal 8 damage and get rag onto the board. This isnt strong, just not as weak as people think
Caesar (4.1)3 years ago But why go through the pain of discounting and playing mad summoner just to.....summon a ragnaros and kill the board you made xD
FriendlyShadow 3 years ago impossible.
Mzop (3.7)3 years ago impossible is not the right word here, this can be comboed in some ways with that Imp summoner dude and some card reduction.
Raphael 3 years ago Wow, this is just absolutely impossible.
To satisfy the 14 goddamn minions condition, YOU first have to fully control 7 minions on your board AND THEN the opponent has to do the same, but without clearing board or killing you with the face damage, they have to skip their turn.
AND THEN you, instead of finishing the game with the seven god damn minions you control, have to decide to summon a single Ragnaros, which is not even competitive enough today.
I... I just don't know what to say. Like, we rarely fill our board unless we are super ahead. This could be a Legendary that destroys the enemy hero instead and remain impossible and meaningless nonetheless. I feel like I can spend a whole day explaining the design problems on this card.
Kapiork (3.9)3 years ago 8 would be in line with Ragnaros's numbers.
Stevethebarbarian 3 years ago A stronger reward would be insane, so yeah, just make this easier. 8 minions, maybe?
Mzop (3.7)3 years ago easier condition is fine, 4 ragnaros are not fine.
TheFriendlyEnemy 3 years ago Either needs a stronger payoff (four ragnaros maybe?) or an easier condition.
Gothe3 years ago each side of the board can hold 7 minions. if the board s completely full, you destroy 14.
Deloa3 years ago I does allow you to run 4 complete board clear, so maybe you run it just for that.
Deloa3 years ago Even if the reward is huge, the condition is way too unlikely to happen. I don't think it would be op (or even good) if it required only 10 minion to die.
wow
two extra twistings
