Looks like this did well enough eventually. Don't let a bad early rating discourage you next time.

@Shoemanband Yeah, that's the biggest problem I'm facing when designing these cards. I want to condense the lore of each Paragon into their individual treasures, which places me in a weird spot where to have to make cards with two effects: one normal effect and one "Legendary effect", while staying true to the original character design.

For this one I sort of underestimated how much new stuff I was addingg, I assumed Poisonous to heroes and Toxins were designs everyone was familiar with. I'm also being sort of muddled by the fact that I'm designing an expansion where Rogue gets Toxins back and Xaril's Protege as a common, so I didn't quite understand how complicated this card is as a standalone. I don't know if I'll remake this for the expansion bit I'll keep that in mind for the other treasures.

@Randomizer I didn't rate this yet, but I do think it's way overcomplicated. There are just a lot of new effects and mechanics stacked on top of each other, so it's really hard to evaluate, not just with this card but also your other Treasure cards.

You've got a 3/3 Dragon's Soul that summons a weaker yet unique token that generates more tokens from a different Legendary, paired with an extremely hard extra condition that summons a minion with an effect only seen from one boss in a single-player adventure. That's a lot to take in.

@Kapiork Some people don't like "multilayer" effects because they're complicated, others may not like instant-win cards even with massive requirements behind them.

Obviously I'd rather see people comment on why they dislike the card than just leaving me to assume, but I could see why this card could be controversial.

Why did this go down in rating so much?

Great idea.

In WoW, there are 10 lost treasures belonging to 10 creatures known as the Paragons, mantid champions that were preserved in amber so that their strength may be used in a time of crisis. I thought these would make for really cool Hearthstone cards, where a lost treasure for each class could summon a Paragon if you complete its conditions. Here's the treasure for Rogue: Poisoned Mind's Blade!

Apparently our little 3/2 boi Xaril is canonically an all powerful paragon, specializing in the art of poisons like his title suggests. But I thought Xaril's original form didn't truly embody his toxic nature, so I took a risk with his new design. Complete the hefty requirement of 9 spells in a single turn, and you will receive Xaril's ultimate toxin: a touch that kills the enemy hero instantly! With the help of his poison proteges, you might just make the dream work. Of course, you could just ignore that and reap the value of 3/3s each turn instead, pick your poison.
