I also don't like how they are summoned. I'd much rather prefer the Battlecry had a condition, the minion was cheaper but the Mech is added to your hand like Kazakus does it. Having it on a Deathrattle is a pretty weird condition

It's odd that Turtle doesn't have Taunt.
Archer is weak as hecc since you get no upside unless they get to attack immediately, a problem all non-Dinos have but Archer especially.
I think the bodies should have more in common or be even more distinct:
"Keyword
Arms have other Keyword"
or
"Arms and this have Keyword"
are pretty good templates
