This is like playing Corsair Cache on curve into FWA on curve, but the FWA costs 0. Any curve involving Cache is preeety good.

This weapon seems balanced to me.
In a control deck you would rather draw a higher value card that costs more to maximize usage of mana crystals.
In an aggro deck you wouldn't run this because you cant hit face or trade early.
It fits into a mid range deck, and even though its strong in a mid range deck, its useless on its draw turn which makes the card balanced imo.
Its only not balanced when you start buffing this weapon with upgrade and nonsense like that.

Yeah, it's not a free weapon at all. It's functionally a 3/3/2 with a downside, which is entirely fair.

But it's not a free weapon?! You payed two Mana for noting on turn two

@Stevethebarbarian on the contrary, I just pretty much wrote a whole paragraph about how that would still not balance it as you get a free weapon. I think the best solution is to change the durability to 2 and make it freeze your hero for 2 turns to add the drawback of not being able to attack with your hero on another turn. And as I am writing this I realized that imprisoned minions are a thing, so maybe keep the stats and cost and make it freeze for 2 turns is fine

This would be balanced as a 3/3/3 or a 2/3/2

This is op. You get a free weapon on turn 3 with 1 more durability then one you would normally have. The best nerf i could think of is making it cost one more, but that creates the problem of getting a free turn 4 weapon. I'm not sure how to balance this, maybe make it freeze for 2 turns to negate even more attacks
