Wiener_Schnitzel4 years ago @Lucious I can only think of Raven and Jade Idol and those don't fit very well either. However, Elise looks the most likely to start recruiting others to defend Dalaran, so maybe sth like "Battlecry: Shuffle a Defender Pack into your deck" where the defender pack contains a random legendary from each class that defends dalaran.
ShootingStar 4 years ago I think that Bolvar is to overpowered, maybe remove the Divine Shield?
Lucious (creator)4 years ago @Wiener_Schnitzel Thanks for the comments. You're right about Elise. I originaly had in mind choosing between more spells, different interactions, but after I've searched through all the Druid spells, I couldn't really find anything that worked except Tree of Life. Any ideas maybe?
Wiener_Schnitzel4 years ago I assume for flavor reasons, bars always have old beer lying around somewhere. Also, would work nice in a miracle hunter.
Regarding the defenders: medivh is great, both powerful and balanced imo, Bolvar and Talan are also good (Talan is my favorite, reminds me of Xaril). Not sure about Elise though. Not from balance reasons, the fact you must draw her and then the tree kinda balances the cost reduction. Healing just doesn't feel like her style that much, both previous elises have been about card generation
TheFriendlyEnemy 4 years ago Why is Yesterday's Beer in there?
Lucious (creator)4 years ago What I think the Dalaran Deffenders should be.
Medivh is obvious. He is the versatile intellect of the group that also packs a punch.
Elise is the true intelligence of the group. She was in the middle of her third doctorat research in Dalaran when EVIL came. Luckily, she has enough experience to know how to save the day.
Bolvar didn't have a desire to join, but when the red dragonflight told him that he owed them for saving his life, he send his most noble undead (yes, that's a real thing) to fight against EVIL.
However, people of the city were still in caos. That's where Talan comes in. Hired all the way from Gadgetzan, he now works at the Legerdemain Lounge bringing a whole new atmosphere to the town. Plus, you can't be a Gadgetzan bar owner and not learn a few tricks on the way.
