Kingforever (creator)2 years ago @keyvnn9, sorry, I meant the Barov + Whirlwind combo barely sees any play.

Kingforever (creator)2 years ago @DustenStein, Warlock has much more ways to draw cards (including hero power), so it's much easier for them to keep 1-2 dead card (Phylactery, maybe Owl) in their hand. Notably, these cards just win the game on the spot and not just clear board and put a big minion on board.
DustenStein 2 years ago Ummm actually, you definitely would. Warlock has a fancy owl combo rn and it requires them to not play 2-3 cards until they pull off the combo which happens post turn 8
Kingforever (creator)2 years ago I mean, opponent can play around this by not going too wide on board. Also, I don't think Plague of Wrath is a very good comparison since there is a Barov who does the same thing for 2 less mana and still barely see any play (In Warrior). And, you wouldn't play whirlwind just to combine it with this, because you'll not survive to turn 8 with 2 dead cards in your hand.
Stevethebarbarian 2 years ago A better way to think about it is just comparing with Plague of Wrath. For 2 more mana on that recently-playable card, you get +4/+4+the combined stats of all eaten minions.
Sqentontheslime2 years ago This is effectively a Consuming Yog-saron when combined with any whirlwind.
And yeah, I remember king mosh, and this is too good in comparison.
