Sagatario6 years ago I would make it at the end of your turn instead. It fits the theme more (Hydra's heads growing back after getting cut off) and makes it interesting to play around. It wouldn't take too long for this to get out of control if not dealt with, but easier to deal with something like an AoE (Flamestrike, for example) which fits the flavor even more considering how a hydra needs to be killed (burn the head stumps.)
