DestroyerR4 years ago @keyvnn9 one card’s wording shouldn’t be enough to take a conclusion regarding the game’s mechanics, since HS wording tends to be a bit inconsistent at times.
This is especially true here, as all other cards in the game indicate permanents aren’t minions, and RS could work without counting permanents as minions: it could be that mechanic-wise, RS just checks for a full board to trigger (a requirement permanents do count towards)
