Gothe4 years ago @keyvnn9 unless they changed it, it explosive trap triggers first. I know HearthstoneTrump made a video or two including that like years ago, where he had 2 health and equipped truesilver and attacked the enemy hero. Then he took two damage, then was healed. I know if you use it when attacking a minion, it will heal first, but I guess secrets trigger before "whenever affects"? maybe?
Lucious4 years ago I know it's possible (or was possible) that Baron Geddon kills your FL Jaina, but then the Lifesteal heals you back to life. However, this is the effect of a minion saving a dying hero, not a dying minion, so idk.
keyvnn94 years ago @Gothe Truesilver says “Whenever,” so it heals your hero before the Explosive Trap triggers.
Drammoss (creator)4 years ago @MikeIndrawan No, because it would snowball out of control. Makes it harder to kill and stealthing the first time already makes it difficult to target
@Gothe I'm not 100% on this either, although when I designed this it had the idea of not healing if it died. I probably should have added: "If this minion survives..."
Gothe4 years ago Hard to say, I know if your hero takes fatal damage but is brought above 0 health at the same time, it still lives. Look at Truesilver champion vs Flame Trap
CardBoy.J4 years ago overkills do trigger if the minion dies, but since the minion is dead, can it’s health still be restored?
Drammoss (creator)4 years ago I would imagine like most passive effect cards, if it takes lethal damage, its effects wouldn't trigger. That was what I had in mind while designing it anyhoo
Gokee4 years ago This may be a question that no one knows the answer too, but what if you overkill a minion that had 4 or more attack? Would "The Ripper" die? Or would he kill the minion and by Overkilling it, heal to full health and live?

Should it gain +2/+2?
