Ok, now to address the other comments:
I wanted Totems to feel unique in their gameplay and way of gaining stats. I decided to go for a sort of end of turn + permanent stats growth combined with temporary growth using healing. Since healing requires high Health, I had to make the permanent growth buff Health more than Attack so there'd be more to heal. Dying to poisonous is unfortunately a side effect of that. I wish this had more Attack buffs although maybe the ones this has now are fine

You know, I just realized that this would be a pretty good Archetype for George, since I could imagine the Divine Shield Value you get from "not" attacking with Totems.

@Pokeniner I forgot. But I still think that should be changed because a bunch of Totems can't actually attack which could make games take a long

Man, what a need concept! It would be a shame to fight against murlocs late game just for all your totems to do nothing. :tinyfin:

The Surge that deals attack damage is indeed quite strong, though it's probably comparable to a Divine Shield since Battlegrounds minions only rarely attack more than once (except in the very late game) so it should be fine. Tough the Felward Totem seems really scary since I don't really see how you're killing it without Poisonous. However, there doesn't seem to be that many things to buff it, so it might be alright.

isn't the whole idea of surge attacks really strong? Like, no retaliation damage is a huge deal.

Battlegrounds already has a can't attack result with Mechano-Eggs. It would just result in a tie so I don't see a reason why to change that.

Right, I forgot:
The idea is to get BIG BIG BIG Totems to get a lot of heal value while your opponents trade into them like ants trying to take down an elephant (unless they are poisonous :snake: )

Here's my stab at a Totem build for BG.
As you can see, it's a build built around Surge, buffs and healing. Buffs from healing synergy are rather temporary while other buffs are rather permanent. Thoughts?
