Still, having to explain things in the comments is no big deal, and since in-game this would reveal your Secrets, it's not like everyone has to remember what all the Secrets do.

Repentance would set attack to 1 too.
Evasion could block the damage and gain immune.
Sudden Betrayal would cause the minion to hit both its neighbors.
Ice Block could gain armor equal to damage your hero would have taken.
Vaporize could silence and destroy.
Sacred trial could trigger upon 2 minions being on the board
Getaway Koto could add 2 copies to your hand.
Eye for an eye could deal double the damage to the enemy hero
Misdirection guarantees it hits an enemy.
