Rogue has a majority of spells that are situational, and since you are completing this in the late game, it is unlikely you'll get enough value from it to be considered worth the cost.

Since you can't really combo it with Auctioneer, card generation is the only real way to feasibly activate this, but only in the late game. Yet the reward itself seems incredibly underpowered for the requirement.
