TheArcanist (4.4) (creator)2 years ago You're spending a card and delaying your next draw by a turn just to steal something your opponent would have probably never drawn anyway unless they specifically put something there to Dredge. I don't think this is too strong, it's just a tech card.
Kosmyc (3.5)2 years ago steal a card from your opponent's deck? Combo disruption for 0??!? THIS IS NOT WEAK???
Randomizer2 years ago Feels like a card that's only good for countering Dredge decks? Dredge isn't an effect that's worth a full card worth of investment, and the Outcast is arguably worse than the base version because you'll usually be dredging a card that doesn't fit into your deck (though you can get sunken cards which is nice). It's a neat idea, but it's probably just weak, especially because if it doesn't really disrupt combos when the card was at the bottom of the opponent's deck, and thus was never going to be drawn anyways.

TheArcanist (4.4) (creator)2 years ago In case it isn't clear, it lets you see the bottom 3 cards of your opponent's deck and put one on top of yours. Could be used to snatch a sunken card, or just to mess with their combos. Thoughts?
