Yes, for the cards by now I also know what they do and I could translate them fairly faithfully into English (although I keep forgetting that the Mount spells evoke XD animals), but honestly, apart from English, Spanish and a little French, languages are one of my many faults :tinyfin:
I have lots of comics in German, English, French and Latin but have never been able to read them in full.
TheArcanist (4.4)1 year ago @CakeIsGood I could play HS without text at this point, I know every single card. If you've watched Rarran's 'Do You Know Hearthstone?' vids, I was able to perfectly figure out every single card he put in the videos and what was wrong with them (sometimes just seeing a weirdly aligned text or something).
Caesar (4.1)1 year ago @Arcanist true, I used to buy yuigioh cards in Germany and it's surprising how you can understand if you know the basics of game and a bit of language help (but the fine interactions weren't easy at all...I mean, it's yugioh xD)
And yes, Spanish helps a lot for Italian, though there are many fake friends (similar words that mean totally different things like "burro" is donkey in spanish and butter in italian ahahah)
CakeIsGood 1 year ago i think you could show me most hearthstone cards on italian and i could translate it
(because of the art) :annoy-o-tron:
TheArcanist (4.4)1 year ago @Murozondy there is a lot of things I can't do, I just happen to be very good at languages. A while ago I was playing MTG with my friend and he had a few cards in Italian cause he bought them when he was on holiday. He said that he knew what they do and told me to ask him if I drew one. He was very surprised when I was able to figure out what each of these cards do just with the knowledge of the game, English and a little bit of Spanish as well as general knowledge of languages.

Arcanists can do everything, can't they? XD
There is a pun in Italian with the word "limonata" (lemonade) that I don't know if it has been kept in English too, because I don't know if that word is used abroad as in Italian :tinyfin:
JacySteak (4.3)1 year ago Glad my partner's card made it here, next time I'll help him more with the design, just letting him know that he forgot to make it Legendary and the wording :faelin:
TheArcanist (4.4)1 year ago Is it weird that I was able to figure out the meaning of the Italian sentence without knowing a single word in Italian?

Caesar (4.1)1 year ago I don't know about you, but I don't feel like dating a Dragon :annoy-o-tron:
Also, "Dragon cards"? Included spells that have "Dragon" in the text? Probably not since Webspinner reads "Beast card" so...yeah weird wording :chicken:
TheArcanist (4.4)1 year ago Talk about weird wording... Also I think it's missing the Legendary rarity.
