The name is clearly inspired by Azshara's (only missing an "a", but they have the same letters), and I was wondering why. I mean, usually, when two characters have two names that are one anagram of the other, it means that they have something in common (Murozond is Nozdormu's anagram, because the two characters are closely related, for example). I don't understand why this has a name that is almost the anagram of Azshara. I think he's a character of your own making, because I don't remember him in the WoW lore, have you thought of a story with this Zashra who is somehow related to Azshara?
(it's just that I love things of lore, even of characters that don't exist, but I didn't see the connection between this and Azshara :)
