This is free, neutral lethal prevention against most decks, with the only "cost" being the inconsistency of drawing it before you go under 10 Health. There's no risk to running this, and it can provide a free win against fast decks that run out of steam. This can heavily slow down the meta, or force aggro players to run a lot of Silence cards which isn't fun.
