When I joined the conversation, I did so with the assumption we were already talking as if it was discovering from any class so when I was talking about it not being too powerful I was already considering the dilution/inconsistency factor of not always getting the quest you "want".

nutter666 2 years ago I just don't think that saving 2 cards is so massively over powered for a Legendary, especially if it was Discovering and casting a quest from any class (since there's no guarantee you'd even be able to finish the quest with the deck you've built). I think that could be a fun challenge.
It would need to either be "Quest from the Past" or "(from any class)" to dilute the pool enough though.

DustenStein 2 years ago It's not casting Quest and playing wisp. A Quest has the added downside of taking up a space in your mulligan. Playing Quest and wisp are 2 cards + 1 since you sacrificed one by keeping your Quest. This would save you 2 cards

So I'm not sure it would be *too* powerful in modern hearthstone? I think it would be pretty fun, in a Whizbang the wonderful, never totally sure what you're going to get kind of way.
