I like it, but, I think that it's too inconsistent. It reminds me a lot to a Runeterra card called Production Surge, which is pretty awkward because you never know if you're going to summon 6 (1) Mana Minions or a (5) Mana Minion and a (1) Mana minion.
But despite being unviable, I think it's fun enough to have a chance to exist. It can be quite powerful with Giants. You play this on the Giant Naga and for one Mana you fill your field with Two 10-Drops or seven 3-Drops, or whatever.
