BasketCase7522 years ago Mecha'thun is also an instant win when your deck is empty. This is slightly weaker bc its countered by armour. I dont think its op.
King Kuba2 years ago If so, 5 stars power-wise. I agree with the comments
keyvnn92 years ago DH: Fury 2x
Rogue: Wicked Stab + Deadly Poison/misc weapon (or 2x Wicked Stab with a coin from new card or Octobot)
^Classes with best draw. TBD if DH one is better than Lifesteal though especially since Taunt
This is probably too good, just not “because it’s an OTK”
Sqentontheslime2 years ago Demon hunter can just have two furys (the ranked spell) and that'd be enough.
Of course, this is also countered by armor, which while rare, is also a bit of counterplay to take into consideration.
DustenStein 2 years ago And if you look at the combos I noted down, one should notice that all of them are wild.
DustenStein 2 years ago Just saying it's a pretty tough condition for a lot of classes. The ones that can deal 8 damage in one turn without any discounts from Thaurissan are Warlock with some lucky Soulfires, Rogue with two Eviscerates, Priest with two Mind Blasts discounted by (1) by Ketchupweaver, Warrior with Charge, DH if they had a weapon equipped and up to three Twin Slices and that's it I believe
DustenStein 2 years ago Yeah. I dunno about the real stats but the only class I know ran Nomi was Northshire Priest to later copy it to your hand with Seance for double if not triple Nomi
Stevethebarbarian 2 years ago This is just like Mecha'thun. Mecha'thun requires you to empty your hand and kill Mecha'thun, and this requires you to deal 8 damage that same turn, which are frankly similar in difficulty.
Shoemanband2 years ago @Dustenstein The difference between this and Nomi (as well as Neeru to a greater extent) is that Nomi gives the opponent a turn to respond before the minions attack. This, on the other hand, enables an immediate OTK for any class that is able to deal 8 damage with 3 Mana, which is much less interactive.
TheFriendlyEnemy 2 years ago @ANDUINgiga This isn't overpowered, and nor are the other OTKs in the game. You've made the assumption that OTKs are overpowered yourself, and it isn't true.
@MaliceAlice Cool card, probably a bit greedy for control but it would make for nice redundancy in Milllock! Cool callback to the original card.
DustenStein 2 years ago And what changes in this version? Both Nomi and this offer you an alternate win condition. I don't see the difference
ANDUINgiga 2 years ago @DustenStein
the condition is tough when facing aggro decks, but if your opponent is also using a control deck, you just wins
ANDUINgiga 2 years ago @TheFriendlyEnemy
this is like saying "USE ONE OF THE OP COMBOS OR LOSE" but it's just not right
ANDUINgiga 2 years ago @TheFriendlyEnemy
if you make a crazy card just to fit the current state the game won't be better
DustenStein 2 years ago The condition is very tough. Nomi already has an effect of similar power
I think this is absolutely fine
ANDUINgiga 2 years ago @TheFriendlyEnemy @keyvnn9
I know there are already plenty OTK combos and OP cards
but that doesn't mean you can make a new card with such a broken effect to use against them
TheFriendlyEnemy 2 years ago @ANDUINgiga New to HS? There are plenty of cards that can OTK.

Look at existing cards
there shouldn't be a card which makes you win instantly
