darogalvod3 years ago Feels kinda weird that renogos isn't a dragon. I'd also change it's effect to "whenever this attacks & kills a minion" so its overkill doesn't just steamroll opponent's boards if it can get dragon buffs
TheFriendlyEnemy (creator)3 years ago @Randomizer Thanks for the kind words! I wanted to have Edwin be a new card since I didn't think the original would be as exciting as, say, Jaraxxus in the new context.
@Deloa Illidan is mainly useful to protect minions you don't want to be killed, and also to disrupt enemy warbands (punishing people who put Baron Rivendare on the right for instance).
I hope the current changes have addressed the concerns about Millhouse, Nozdormu, Ysera, and Eudora.

Randomizer3 years ago Awesome set of cards. I particularly like how Alexstrazsa, Galakrond and Jaraxxus mirror their original cards while feeling unique in the Battlegrounds setting. I love George, Lady Vashj, Malygos, Yogg-Saron, and the Curator, their designs are so creative and I can't help but want to play them in an actual match.
Even simple cards like Sindrogosa, Patches, Patchwork, and Maleficient are really cool in their flavor and utilities in game, they all promote some interesting stuff (and cute interactions, Maleficient killing Millhouse is hilarious.)
Only nitpick is that Edwin could have very easily just been in game Edwin like Jaraxxus. Balance wise most of these are spot on, with Millhouse just being a tad weak and Nozdorumu and Eudora being busted (Noz seems like infinite triples to me since you can sell triples to return 3 Nozdormus to the pool, Eudora can just give you Golden Hogger and win). Awesome job.

Some great ideas overall, I just don't see how Illidan can be really useful.
