Kuabulah5 years ago The construction of not being able to grow it is really interesting! Also for turns 2 and 3
Kuabulah5 years ago Does that make it a 2/2 Mana Treant for 3+ mana?
DeathNote5 years ago This is an amazing card! I personally am a huge fan of (the non-existent) Treant druid and this card fits perfectly in that deck. But as a lot of people are saying, it is a bit overtuned now as a 4 mana 5/5, turn 2 5/5, blah blah.
One interesting change you could make to this card would be to change the first effect to summoning a Mana Treant (losing a Mana Crystal in the process). What I am thinking of is something like this:
Transform one one of your Mana Crystals into a 2/2 Treant; or Transform a Treant into a 5/5 Ancient.
I believe that this makes the card much more interesting, a bit weaker, but balances it out nicely. Now, you cant coin this on 1 anymore cause you'd only have 1 Mana in your next turn. Also, it discourages people from just using this as a 4 Mana 5/5, since they will end up destroying 1 Mana Crystal in the process. Only down side is that the text might be too long (REEEE), but I think it makes for a better, more balanced, more interesting card!
Plaslid5 years ago I think this card is actually fair for now. It won’t be broken since Treant Druid isn’t even a thing and token Druid, which could run this card, loses quite a few strong cards like spreading plague and branching paths.
Kuabulah5 years ago 3 mana Twinspell: summon two 2/2 Treants (landscaping); or transform one into a 5/5 Ancient? It's much better than Landscaping though.
Shoemanband5 years ago I could see this being at either 2 or 3 Mana. It would depend on whether or not a 6 Mana 5/5 with flexibility is fair, or a 4 Mana 5/5 with flexibility is broken, as well as the general state of Druid decks. This is definitely be much more balanced if the Twinspell was removed, although that's what gives the card most of its flavor.
Asrobur 5 years ago this is cool, but this a 4 mana 5/5 with upsides, wich is too strong, even for a class card

I really really like it!
