The Timebound card will be 'upgraded' so its level is like the level of a Dream/Death Knight card, making this kinda like a worse Lich King. Maybe make the card cost (0) like Y'Shaarj, or give this like Taunt or Rush? Cause the idea is amazing and fits my mechanic perfectly, but I doubt this would see any play.
