•Saleowl Silence a minion for one turn, so you need to trade it anyway, you play Ironbeak Owl for 2 reason:
1) Nobody plays Ironbeak Owl
2) To don't care about the minion you Silenced.
the card was balanced around Smolderthorn Lancer.
•Saleion Pug is not a Collectible card, is the Token of Scalelion, the only reason is here is to show that the Upgrade is only the Attack, same as Kurtrus. And is better than Onyxian Warden because Onyxian Warden is a Dragon, and has more Synergyes in a Dragon Deck. This cards are stronger than average to be worth putting in a dragon deck. The idea is to be able to make a Beast/Dragon deck with relative viability.
Or even support better Managerie decks with multiple type synergy minions.

scaleowl is ironbeak owl with +1/+1 and upside basically, could just be battlecry: if you're holding a dragon silence a minion
Scalelion is unclear on how they upgrade, is it attack or health or both? you don't need to say it on the card but you do need to specify. also consider onyxian warder and this is just better.
scalelion pug is literally redgill razorjaw for not only 1 cheaper but also has +1 health.
overall needs a lot of balance changes. you could print this in like 5 years.
