Gothe3 years ago I think a lot of the confusion comes from Stranger Thing's use of Demogorgons. In the show, 'Demogorgon' is just a specifies that coms from another dimension. It's assumed al of which are controlled by the Mind Flayer. Where in DnD there's various mind flayers, in Stranger Things, there appears to only be one.

Shoemanband3 years ago The art itself depicts Demogorgon, the name of a demon from DnD 4e, so either interpretation is valid.
Shoemanband3 years ago Is Demogorgon a name or a thing? There aren't any in WoW, but Wikipedia says that Demogorgons are a type of demon, so 'The Demogorgon' would be correct.
