I mean, yeah, the effect is identical. This has different types, 2 more Health, and is Neutral.

oh, this is really close :faelin:

but close call. I don't think anyone would've guessed it'd become a Rogue/DH dual-class card and other than that it's just 2 Health off

Well, no surprise here. It's a 1/1/3 with Rush and two minion types with an upside

Well, guess you were all right that this is too strong :tinyfin: :tinyfin: :tinyfin:

What about

Phagocyte your weapon :bob:

Consume does sound more like something a Slime would do though
DustenStein 1 year ago
The only unused one I can think of is "Consume" but adding another synonym for "eat" that does something different than "devour" and "eat" feels like a bad idea

B-but 'remove' has no flavor :qCRY: :annoy-o-tron:

Remove?
TheArcanist (4.4) (creator)1 year ago
How do I word this then? Use a brand new word?
DustenStein 1 year ago
@TheArcanist, ok now, I think I call bs on that. "Eat" historically has referred to "destroy" when talking about thing on board and generated cards always are generated new
TheArcanist (4.4) (creator)1 year ago
This is actually intended to 'remove' the weapon, not 'destroy' it, so no Deathrattle procs and yes, it gives you back an exact version of the weapon with any missing Durability.

Also, this is simply not a 1-drop. A 1 mana 1/3 Rush is not really a good card. This has some utility beyond that but it doesn't realistically come into play until turn 3-4.

Sometimes I feel that you guys are playing the HS of 2035

It's too eficient for a 1- Drop, It removes a minion, it cheats you a bunch of Mana.

I'm going to assume for balance reasons that it equips you the exact copy of the Weapon, and no a new one.
And then okay. is kinda like a Savage Striker for the classes when Savage Striker dosn't suck.

But in my times a 1-drop was a 2/1 Taunt that with a lot of luck could enjoy his popcorns for more than 1 consecutive turn.

Also it depends if Eat counts as Destroy or not. Cause cards Eated in play are usually destroyed
And that allows some nasty plays like Destroy Necrium Blade, Equip Necrium Blade, Attack with Necrium Blade, and Equip Necrium Blade again, and other shenanigans.

'Don't touch that! Don't... NO! BAD KITTY! SPIT IT OUT!'

Thoughts?
