Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago @Nikko Ah thank you very much. Sorry for the trouble...
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago Yeaah, I probably should. But I still feel like an idiot
Gothe3 years ago @Marleon @Niko can do it. Ask him maybe?
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago Oh no... I accidently removed it from my account while clearing out the spaces in my creator's gallery so I can see older cards to rework them. Im making so many stupid moves in the recent days... Would it be possible to get it back? ;-;
Cosmic143 years ago @Marleon And at the end of the day, that's what matters. A good idea can go miles. Also, it's really cool!
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago I know the balance is quite off, but I really wanted to make those, because the idea seemed to cool and I wanted every and each one to be synergetic and fun. Excuse the poor balance, it went more about the idea...
King Kuba3 years ago Kael'thas: It's free real estate
Shoemanband3 years ago @Marleon From turn 2? Remember, this is every turn for free, so the Shaman can still develop their own threats or control the board alongside the totems.
DustenStein 3 years ago These feel like treasures or some kind of reward you get for completing something (a quest for example). Otherwise, they are incredibly overpowered for their cost.
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago With those said minions from a minion based deck? If you summon a bunch of minions and have like 5 or 6 minions, it's not hard to deal with 0/2s and 1/2s. Any aggro deck would probably just snowball fast enough to destroy the totems and the 1/2s
Shoemanband3 years ago The duets synergize well off of each other, but most of them aren't heavily dependent on each other. Even if Candlebeard dies, Noz can still buff your Pirates. The only one that's really useless without its partner is Vera Ridley.
Plus, the main advantage of summoning tokens is that they're hard to remove without boardclears because most cards can only deal with one minion at a time. If you're running a minion-based deck and face Elemental Conversion on turn 2, how are you supposed to deal with a free Mirror Image every turn without a boardclear?
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago I think the main downside to most of them are that they are heavily dependant on each other and they are usually easy to remove. Sure, each has pretty good effects, but they are quite easy to remove for the cost, even if they have good stats compared to the cost, but most of them would last around one turn, so you would have to use them as much as you can.
Ease the Pain might have a bit too much stats, yeah. Elemental Conversion is quite a lot of stats too, but the main strength of Drakkari Defender was that it was a big cheap taunt minion, those stats are distributed among four characters, when each is quite easy to remove. And Protectors of the Forest is the only one that really scales, heavily dependant on the spells you draw
Shoemanband3 years ago It's a neat idea, but most of the cards are very overpowered.
Protectors of the Forest is a Doubling Imp that scales insanely with each spell you cast.
Elemental Conversion gives you as much stats as a Drakkari Defender with no Overload and for 1 less Mana, and it increases on subsequent turns.
True Lovers is almost like a Lyra + double Radiant Elemental on one card for 3 less Mana and Spell Damage +2.
Ease the Pain just has too much stats for a 5 Mana card.
The other cards aren't as strong, but they still have prime-to-decent stats for their cost on top of really strong, if specific, upsides. Maybe if you made all of the spells 1 Mana and have them add the minions to your hand, it would be much easier to balance them.
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago Well, rhe aura Divine Shield works just like normal Divine Shield with the exception that they pop after George dies. And yeah, maybe Varana shouldn't say that, but it doesn't change the card much. Anyhow, thank you very much!~
TheFriendlyEnemy 3 years ago These are so cool! I love the idea that various bosses from differing adventures are friends with each other, fits super well into Hearthstone's fun light-hearted storytelling tone. Divine Shield on an aura effect is a bit iffy, and Varana doesn't need to say "from your deck", but otherwise 5/5!
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago I forgot how strong Windfury and Lifesteal can be, so yeah, 7 mana is about right I think
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago But yeah, the Demon Hunter one should cost more, I will update it in a moment
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago Well, they all fit different archetypes and when you make a set of cards, it's hard for all of them to have the same powerlevel, like it was with Quests, Primes, Legendary weapons, etc
Cosmic143 years ago I like it, but some are clearly stronger than others (Rogue v Demon hunter, for example)
Marleon (4.2) (creator)3 years ago I often saw two minions and thought they go really well together, so I decided to create something like that, a new special type of card. I hope you like it. Please leave your thoughts in the comments~
To Colossal
I find that kinda simmilar
