And is a Meme card. If you want to cheat super powerfull minions, like a (1) Mana Malygos, you can't find it so easily, because first you have to go through half a deck of losers.
And as a bonus, not all 1/1s cost (1) so it can also reduce a lot of Mana in that case.
The idea is that it's not overly powerful, due to the fact that it's a (0) Mana Legendary.
You don't even have to combo for this. You can play an Evolve Shaman deck with cards like Desert Hare, Furbolg Mossbinder, etc.
But it is not a card that pretends to be extremely competitive.

If I were to look at the missing sentence points, missed ":" after Battlecry / Deathrattle every time, I would have to spend hours writing similar comments under half of the cards in the queue. I only do this if I see that the user makes those mistakes repeatedly, trying not to be invasive.
In this specific case, I pointed out the mistake only because I know that Nekkro is a perfectionist and would have triggered XD
