The fact the effect is strong enough without Dragons is what really bothers me.

@Gosha DemonHunter doesn't really run Dragons in deck. This spell may support that archtype.

Even without holding a Dragon, this is pretty good. If you [i]are[/i] holding one, it's kinda OP.
