This rewards thinking: Do you pick the higher-Cost card for more Health or the cheaper one which happens to be more useful. Often, your opponent won't even have that many high-Cost cards in their hand so I imagine that they will be able to tell what card you picked if this got 10 Health. Not sure I'm a fan if punishing slower decks though
